Insurances, Warranties
Click on the left to view our insurances and warranties. At New Flair we offer full insurances on all projects. We provide Builders warranty and all that is required to ensure a safe build. Our insurances are covered by well-known providers and we can provide the documents for you to assess. We conduct Risk Assessments and ensure we provide a safe environment for the public as well as customers and our staff. We adhere to Health and Safety and conduct regular professional checks to ensure a safe build. We are accredited by well known providers such as CHAS, NHBC and Construction Line.
Remodel
1) Get in touch with us - Send us any plans you may already have or if you require the planning application we can provide you with out best recommended Architect.
Renovate
2) After evaluating Design we look at any changes on plans.
3) A site visit is required to go through measurements.
Redesign
4) Materials costing and quantity as well as quality - final price for the costs of the project discussed.
5) Once happy with the price and materials a discussion on start dates, contract exchange and Risk Assessments carried out.
Smaller Projects
