New Flair Groups Ltd have various partner companies such as; New Flair Construction LTD, New Flair Kitchens and Bedrooms Ltd and Interiors by Priti Limited. We all come together to work on your homes to create outstanding designs from concept to completion and finishing.

We are a family business and focus on the more bespoke and finer details. We work with various clients, focusing on families. Our consultations involve your living life and the general happiness it would bring you when you create your home! For us its about being mentally happy in your home and therefore, your home designs must be unique to you! No one design fits all.

New Flair can take care from the very start of the project right to the finishing. We will even stage your home so it is exactly like that out of a catalogue. Our budgets are open to small projects, right through to all luxury designs. With our wide range of materials and in house factory we can give you the right project management right from start to finish.

Based in West Bromwich, we have completed projects across the UK and have recently launched projects abroad.

Our Story

We started the company on a self employed basis in 2013. Sunny, would project manage and handle designs and subcontractors whilst Priti would create the concept and design within clients budgets. After having so many projects to take care of, it was time to create New Flair Groups Limited and take on a bigger team. So in 2018 we were officially a limited company open for trade. Gradually, in 2019 we started our first factory orders and opened trade accounts. Priti and her team worked on Articad and 3Ds Max to create some amazing designs.

Sunny and his team have a vast amount of experience in construction on a larger scale and have taken work for new developments as well as developments outside of the UK. Whilst our company grows so does the team and so does the quality of completion! We are all so proud of the company and excited about what is still to come. We will take you through from design, Architect advice, planning permission and right through to the build.
